1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online payment facility provided by Mahatma Gandhi B.Ed. College (“the College”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the online payment services available on our website, students, parents, or guardians (“users”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The online payment facility is provided to enable secure and convenient payment of fees and other authorized charges related to academic and institutional services.

All payments are subject to confirmation by the College’s accounts department.

- Data is used solely for payment processing, accounting, reconciliation, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance.
- The College does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Payment Data Handling
- Payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- The College does not store sensitive payment information such as debit/credit card numbers, CVV, PINs, or net banking credentials.
- All payment data is encrypted and handled directly by the authorized payment gateway provider.
Users are advised to ensure they use secure devices and networks while making payments.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The College uses third-party service providers, including but not limited to:
- Payment gateway providers
- Banking institutions
- Technology and hosting partners
These third parties process data strictly for completing transactions and are governed by their own privacy and security policies. The College is not responsible for any technical issues originating from third-party platforms beyond its reasonable control.

8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the College’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, as per institutional rules, university norms, and regulatory guidelines. Convenience or gateway charges, if any, may be non-refundable.
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

- Ensure sufficient funds are available before initiating payment
- Retain transaction receipts for future reference
The College shall not be liable for payments made using incorrect details provided by the user.
10. Limitation of Liability
The College shall not be held liable for:
- Transaction failures due to banking or network issues

- Delays caused by third-party service providers
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bihar.
