Internships & School Training

Practical Learning

Hands-On School & Academic Exposure

A core requirement for completing teacher training degrees is practical training. Mahatma Gandhi B.Ed. College provides robust support for school teaching practice and academic internships.

As per the **National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE)** regulations, D.El.Ed and B.Ed students must undergo mandatory internship programs to qualify as professional teachers. We have established strong tie-ups with leading government schools, private schools, and educational institutes to facilitate these sessions smoothly.

Internship Duration Norms:
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) Mandatory school internship spread over 16 weeks (4 months) in a recognized secondary or elementary school as per NCTE guidelines.
