The online application registration fee (charged during submission of online admission registration forms) is purely processing and administrative charge. This registration fee is **non-refundable** and non-transferable under any circumstances, including rejection of candidate application or transaction failures.
If a candidate wishes to cancel their admission and request a refund of tuition and academic fees, the request must be submitted in writing with original fee receipts to the **Principal's Office**. The college follows standard NCTE/UGC regulatory cancellation slabs:

All verified and approved refund requests will be processed and credited directly via NEFT/RTGS to the student or parent's bank account within **7 to 10 working days** from the date of formal cancellation approval. No cash refunds will be handed over under any circumstances.
